Velan Hotels' board re-appointed Mr. E.V.

Muthukumara Ramalingam as Managing Director and Mr. M.R. Gautham as Executive Director, each for a further three-year term.

These re-appointments, ensuring leadership continuity, are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be without managerial remuneration.

Mr. Gautham is the son of Mr. Ramalingam.

This maintains stable management oversight for the company.
