Keltech Energies has re-appointed Mr. Santosh Laxmanrao Chowgule as Executive Director and Vice-Chairperson, and Mr. Vijay Vishwasrao Chowgule as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.

Both directors, with extensive industry experience (38+ and 50+ years respectively), continue their roles after retiring by rotation.

Additionally, the company has appointed Mr. Vikas Vinayak Deodhar, a Practising Cost Accountant with over 35 years of experience, as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. These decisions ensure continuity in leadership and strengthen the company's financial oversight.
