MPS North America LLC (MPS NA) has completed its merger with American Journal Experts, LLC, Delaware (AJE-DE), effective August 3, 2026. This follows AJE-DE's prior absorption of American Journal Experts, LLC, North Carolina.

This internal restructuring aims to streamline operations, enhance management oversight, and drive greater efficiency across the group.

The goal is to support revenue growth and improve profitability by optimizing administrative and operational costs.

For investors, there's no change in MPS Limited's shareholding pattern, as this involves wholly-owned subsidiaries, meaning no dilution.

MPS NA reported revenues of ₹114.49 Cr for FY26.
