Universal Cables reported strong Q1 results with revenue up 57.5% YoY and PAT up 90.65%. It increased MV/HV cable expansion outlay to ₹617 Cr.

Its JV plans a ~₹4800 Cr optical fibre capacity expansion (3x existing) by 2028. Order book stands at ₹2860 Cr, targeting 25%+ FY27 revenue growth.
