Company Update

AMWILL HEALTH CARE LIMITED's Board approved extending the tenure of Mr. Tarun Gandhi and Mr. Anand Gandhi as Managing Directors for a five-year term, effective from late January, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This decision received support from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

The Board also approved the Annual Report for FY25-26 and confirmed the 9th AGM will be held virtually.

Shareholders will have access to remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM, with a designated record date to determine eligibility.

A scrutinizer has been appointed to oversee the voting process.
