Coromandel Agro Products and Oils held its 50th Annual General Meeting.

The Chairman discussed edible oil industry developments and the company's financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2026, noting the auditor's report had no adverse comments.

Shareholders voted on adopting the audited financial statements, the re-appointment of Mr. Meadem Sekhar as a director, and the declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (15%). A vote for the ratification of Cost Auditors’ remuneration was also held.
