Lambodhara Textiles reported Q1 financial results: Revenue from operations at Rs 53.88 Cr, Profit After Tax Rs 3.57 Cr, and EPS Rs 3.44. The board proposed related party transactions and a new Secretarial Auditor, both for shareholder approval.

A Whole-time Director's remuneration was also revised.
