Aashka Hospitals has entered a Memorandum of Understanding for a strategic partnership with Rhythm Medical Stores, Rhythm Multispeciality Hospital, Cardioplus Health Care, and Rhythm Medical & Heart Hospital.

This agreement aims to restructure these Rhythm entities into a single company.

Aashka Hospitals will acquire a 70% controlling stake, including 70% of total voting rights and capital, in this newly formed entity.

This move gives Aashka Hospitals significant control over the new company's decisions and board, enhancing its presence in the healthcare sector.
