Haryana Leather Chemicals' Board has approved the continuation of Mr. Pankaj Jain as Chairman & Managing Director beyond his 70th birthday.

This decision follows a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Jain, who took charge in 2013, has been instrumental in conceptualizing, establishing, and expanding the company, leading to its global presence.

His continued directorship, vital for leadership stability and strategic direction, requires approval from the company's shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

No regulatory body has debarred Mr. Jain from his role.
