Rishiroop Limited has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on September 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.

This allows shareholders to attend and participate remotely through the NSDL platform.

The Annual Report for FY2025-26 and AGM notice are available on the company website and will be emailed.

Shareholders can cast their votes electronically through remote e-voting from September 4 to September 7, or during the meeting itself.
