Gratex Industries has released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total income from operations reached ₹1.25 crore, increasing from ₹0.91 crore in the same period last year.

Net profit after tax rose to ₹0.04 crore, compared to ₹0.02 crore year-on-year.

Earnings Per Share for the quarter stood at ₹0.14, up from ₹0.06. These standalone unaudited results were scrutinized by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board.
