The board has approved the financial results for the quarter.

Following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Roshni Poddar has been appointed as the new Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer for five years, pending shareholder approval.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Swaraj Kumar Singh from these positions.

The company has also announced a board meeting for its 30th Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2026, to be held virtually, allowing shareholders to participate remotely.
