Company's AGM will re-appoint Mrs. Sujata Arora as Director, Mr. Sunil Kumar Arora as MD, and Mr. Sahil Arora as Whole-Time Director.

Shareholders will also vote on availing up to ₹50 Cr in collective loans from these three promoters for operational funding and working capital.

FY26 saw Net Sales of ₹85.33 Cr and a Net Loss of ₹11.81 Cr.
