The company's Board met and approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from operations was 74.95 Cr, with a net profit of 3.01 Cr and Earnings Per Share (EPS) of 2.34. Mr. Rajesh Gattani was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2026. The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2026. September 3, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date for the AGM and any dividend payout, if declared.
