Sanghvi Brands has announced a Board meeting where key decisions were made.

The Board approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and finalized arrangements for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM), set for Friday, September 18, 2026, via video conference.

An e-voting agency and a scrutinizer were also appointed for the AGM.

Furthermore, Mr. Narendra Rikhabchand Sanghvi, who retires by rotation, was proposed for re-appointment, subject to shareholder approval.

The Board also appointed M/s S K Shah & Co. as internal auditors for April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, strengthening internal controls and governance.
