Mihika Industries' board has announced significant governance updates.

Statutory Auditor S K Bhavsar & Co. resigned due to recent management changes and prior commitments, with no concerns raised.

The company has moved to appoint M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates as the new statutory auditor, initially to fill the casual vacancy and then for a five-year term.

M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates was also proposed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.

All auditor appointments are contingent on shareholder approval.

Additionally, the company is pursuing necessary approvals to relocate its registered office from Kolkata to Ahmedabad.
