Yaan Enterprises announced the appointment of Ms. Sakshi Daga as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

The Board approved her hiring following consideration by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Ms. Daga, an Associate Member of ICSI and a law graduate, brings expertise in secretarial compliance, corporate governance, and corporate law.

She will also serve as an authorized official for determining material events and making disclosures to stock exchanges, enhancing the company's transparency and adherence to compliance standards.
