Company Update

Odyssey Corporation Limited's Board has approved its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The company converted 78.5 lakh warrants at ₹14 each into 78.5 lakh equity shares of ₹5 each, boosting equity capital from ₹40.82 Cr to ₹44.75 Cr.

The securities premium account also grew from ₹79.18 Cr to ₹86.25 Cr.

Remaining 75.5 lakh warrants, worth ₹2.64 Cr, lapsed and were forfeited.

Auditors provided an unqualified opinion on the results.
