NPL Narendra Properties' Board has approved several key items.

It greenlighted consultancy remuneration of up to Rs 0.3 Cr annually for Mr. Nishank Sakariya, a Non-Executive Director, and up to Rs 0.09 Cr annually each for promoters Mr. Narendra C Maher and Mr. Narendra Sakariya.

The Board also re-appointed Ms. Kavita Patel as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, recognizing her construction industry expertise.

Crucially, the company gained authorization to make investments, loans, and guarantees up to Rs 50 Cr, significantly enhancing its financial maneuverability.
