Shiva Granito Export has appointed Mrs. Krati Maheshwari and Mrs. Rekha Panwar as additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

This move strengthens the board with their expertise; Mrs. Maheshwari brings company secretarial experience, and Mrs. Panwar contributes legal, corporate law, and governance knowledge.

Both have also been appointed to the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, with Mrs. Panwar chairing both.

This enhances corporate governance and committee oversight.
