Company Update

Yunik Managing Advisors' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also appointed Mr. Milind Subhash Jog as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval, following a proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Srikar Gopalrao due to the completion of his term.

Consequently, the Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees have been reconstituted.
