Record Date

The company has set August 18, 2026, as the Record Date to determine eligibility for the final dividend for FY26. This dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 21, 2026. Other board approvals included the financial results for the quarter and a proposed business diversification into event management.
