Shiv Aum Steels' board approved Q1 consolidated results: Revenue 144.62 Cr, PAT 3.79 Cr, EPS 2.79. They also advanced plans for direct listing on BSE Main Board and confirmed re-appointment of auditors, following the Audit Committee's guidance.
