Bosch Ltd. reported FY25-26 revenue increased 10.8% to ₹20,035 Cr, with PAT at ₹2,770 Cr.

The company completed a ₹9,068.68 Cr acquisition of Bosch Chassis Systems and formed two JVs for e-mobility and commercial vehicle air systems.

Strong 2-Wheeler sales surged 69.1%. The Board declared a ₹270/share dividend.
