TARC has greenlit the full acquisition of Niblic Greens Hospitality Private Limited by purchasing the remaining 50% equity stake for ₹0.55 Cr.

This move makes Niblic Greens, a player in the tourism and accommodation sector (hotels/motels), a wholly-owned subsidiary.

While Niblic Greens reported no turnover in the last three years, this acquisition strategically expands TARC's existing real estate business into the hospitality segment, signaling a future growth platform in a related sector.
