Bodhtree Consulting's Board has approved significant strategic changes.

The company plans to alter its business objectives and change its name to "Datakosa Limited," reflecting a new focus on data engineering, analytics, tech consulting, and real estate.

These changes await shareholder approval.

The Board also approved issuing approximately 23.53 lakh new equity shares through a preferential allotment to non-promoter investors, raising Rs. 4 Cr.

The 44th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2026, where these matters, alongside the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, will be discussed.
