Company Update

Beekay Steel Industries' board has approved its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The company reported a standalone profit of 3.83 Cr and consolidated profit of 3.78 Cr, both on a revenue from operations of 374.71 Cr.

The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mukesh Chand Bansal as Executive Director for a further five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Key dates were also set for the upcoming Annual General Meeting and dividend payment.
