IIFL Capital Services has set record dates for the full redemption of several Commercial Papers (CPs). These record dates determine which holders are eligible to receive the principal repayment on the maturity date.

For instance, CPs maturing on August 31, 2026, have a record date of August 28, 2026. Other CPs have record dates ranging from September 8 to September 29, 2026, leading up to their respective maturity dates in September.

This applies to debt instruments, not equity actions like dividends or bonus issues.
