Dividend

Tera Software's Board has approved a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per share (12%). This payout is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28. Shareholders can look forward to this dividend post-AGM assent.

The Board also approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed Mr. G. Anil Kumar as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 7.
