Focus Lighting (FOCUS) is making a strategic move, acquiring a 51% stake in LightAlive Solutions for ₹5.20 Cr in cash.

LightAlive, which specializes in LED lighting and fixtures, will become a subsidiary.

This acquisition aims to significantly strengthen FOCUS's market position, expand its product portfolio, and unlock operational synergies in the growing LED segment.

LightAlive reported a turnover of ₹23.99 Cr and a PAT of ₹1.93 Cr as of March 2026. The deal is set to enhance FOCUS's capabilities and market reach, with completion anticipated within 120 days.
