Apex Capital and Finance Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with details published in newspapers.

The company reported a total income from operations of ₹2.47 crore, a notable rise from ₹1.49 crore in the corresponding prior year's quarter.

Net profit after tax also increased to ₹1.36 crore from ₹0.78 crore.

However, due to an expanded paid-up equity capital of ₹13.52 crore (up from ₹5.92 crore), Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share for the quarter were ₹1.00, a decrease from ₹1.32 previously.

These unaudited results underwent a limited review by statutory auditors and were approved by the Board.
