Real Estate presales hit INR 1,061 Cr, with average realization up 21% YoY to INR 14,256/sft.

Leasing revenue grew 9% to INR 328 Cr, while hospitality revenue stood at INR 144 Cr.

Total collections rose 7% to INR 1,856 Cr.

Growth is driven by planned residential launches of ~12 million sft, consolidating its presence particularly in Chennai and Hyderabad.

A significant development includes a strategic partnership with Bain Capital for a ~2 million sft mixed-use project in Bengaluru.

The company also rebranded its Kochi Infopark hotel to Courtyard by Marriott and plans focused expansion across hospitality segments, highlighting its strong market positioning for sustained growth.
