Record Date

Sterling Tools has set Friday, August 28, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for FY25-26. Only shareholders holding shares by this date will be eligible for the dividend, if approved at the 47th Annual General Meeting on September 4, 2026. The company's share transfer books will be closed from August 29 to September 4, 2026. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration.
