QVC Exports has set August 31, 2026, as the Record Date for its 21st Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend.

The board has proposed a Final Dividend of Re 1 per share (10%) for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the AGM on September 7, 2026, and to participate in the meeting.
