Profit After Tax (PAT) soared 140% YoY to ₹24 Cr, and annualized EPS hit ₹13.4. Growth was driven by the Co-working business, up 27% YoY, fueled by sustained demand from enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The 'Transform' business (fit-out solutions) also grew 25% YoY, proving a key growth engine.
A strategic focus on premium Grade A+ centres is set to boost new inventory pricing by 30-50%. The company added 7 new centres, expanding its network to 251 centres and 170,000 seats.
Occupancy at mature centres reached 83%. Awfis maintains a strong balance sheet with a -0.08 net debt-to-equity ratio and 55% ROCE, highlighting its capital-light model and self-funded expansion.
Management is confident in leveraging strong growth drivers to capitalize on India's booming flexible workspace demand.
