Outcome of Board Meeting

Gokul Refoils' Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue was ₹1,016.75 Cr, with a net profit of ₹6.08 Cr and EPS of ₹0.61. The board also appointed Mrs. Mansi Parikh and re-appointed Mr. Jayendrasinh Gharia as Independent Directors.
