GICHFL's Q1 financial results show a strong turnaround, with Profit Before Tax jumping from a loss of 20 Cr to a profit of 18 Cr.

This was significantly aided by a 59% drop in NPA provisions.

Asset quality improved to 4.49% Gross NPA, while the loan portfolio grew 5% to 11,185 Cr.
