KNR Constructions has fixed September 15, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend.

Shareholders eligible on this date will receive a dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend payment, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will be disbursed within 30 days of that approval.
