Gemstone Investments Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported total income from operations of ₹1.72 Cr, down from ₹2.23 Cr year-over-year.

However, net profit after tax rose to ₹0.88 Cr from ₹0.40 Cr.

Basic earnings per share decreased to ₹0.02 from ₹0.05, primarily due to a substantial increase in paid-up equity share capital, which surged to ₹46.84 Cr from ₹7.48 Cr in the prior year.

This reflects a significant change in the company's capital structure.
