Vamshi Rubber's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mereddy Ramesh Reddy as Chairman and Whole-time Director for another three-year term, effective 31 July, 2026. This decision follows a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Reddy brings over 30 years of experience in the Tyre Retreading Industry and is not debarred from holding his office by any authority, ensuring continuity in leadership.
