Black Rose Industries has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on September 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

The meeting will address agenda items outlined in the notice.

For dividend eligibility, the company's share transfer books will be closed from September 3 to September 9, 2026. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Shareholders should update their details for electronic dividend payments, which are subject to TDS.

A special window for physical share transfers from before April 1, 2019, is also available until February 4, 2027, with a one-year lock-in.
