TygerHomeFinancePrivateLimited, formerly Adani Housing Finance, has announced an e-auction for two secured assets to recover outstanding loan dues.

The first property has dues of approximately 0.16 Cr, with a reserve price of 0.045 Cr.

The second property has dues of about 0.12 Cr, also with a reserve price of 0.045 Cr.

This initiative highlights the company's active efforts in recovering Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), which supports its financial health and asset quality.
