The company's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. Standalone net profit was 0.49 Cr, and consolidated net profit reached 1.04 Cr.

The board also appointed M/s N. H. Desai & Co. as the Internal Auditor for the current financial year.

Additionally, M/s TRS & Associates were appointed as Statutory Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.

The 20th Annual General Meeting will be convened to seek shareholder approval and address other agenda items.
