Electrotherm allotted 1.095 Cr 6% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares at Rs 10 each to five existing holders, replacing prior shares.

An additional 10.5 lakh preference shares were redeemed (Rs 1.05 Cr) for a non-consenting shareholder.

This results in no change to the company's total share capital.
