EMA India Ltd. has received a no-objection letter from BSE for a key reclassification within its shareholder base.

Four entities, namely Rakshita Bhargava, Ranjana Bhargava, Pradip Kumar Bhargava HUF, and Diatech Tools India Pvt Ltd, will transition from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' to the 'Public' category.

This move officially redefines their status, impacting the company's ownership structure and potentially increasing its public shareholding.

It provides greater clarity on the shareholding composition for all stakeholders.
