Record Date Updates

Astec LifeSciences has set record dates for the maturity payment of its Commercial Papers (CPs). Investors holding CPs with ISINs INE563J14DO8, INE563J14DP5, and INE563J14DQ3 will receive their Rs. 25 Cr maturity amounts.

The record dates are September 18, 2026, September 16, 2026, and October 12, 2026, respectively, for payments due on September 21, 2026, September 17, 2026, and October 13, 2026.
