Atharv Enterprises' board has approved several key governance and operational matters.

These include the re-appointment of Ms. Vandana Pramod Gadiya as Executive Director and Mr. Pramod Gadiya as Managing Director, both subject to shareholder approval.

The company also approved the re-appointment of M/s. SHWETA JAIN & CO LLP as statutory auditors for five years.

Directors' remuneration revisions were approved, alongside material related party transactions for commission payments: Rs. 0.12 Cr annually to Punit Gadiya and Rs. 0.24 Cr annually to Bhumi Gadiya for services.

Preparations for the Annual General Meeting, including the Board Report for FY25-26, were also finalized.
