Earthstahl & Alloys' Board has approved the reappointment of Mr. Prawin Somani and Mr. Rajesh Somani as Whole Time Directors for another five years.

Mr. Prawin Somani, with 22 years of experience, will continue to manage production and procurement from April 1, 2027. Mr. Rajesh Somani, with 30 years in the iron and steel industry, will continue to oversee marketing, finance, and overall business management from September 1, 2027. These reappointments, awaiting shareholder approval, ensure critical leadership continuity for the company's operations and strategic direction.
