Committee approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 30, to be held virtually.

The committee also approved the FY25-26 Annual Report and AGM notice.

Shareholders should note September 23 as the record date for AGM e-voting eligibility; share transfer books will be closed from September 24-30. A scrutinizer was appointed to oversee the voting process.
