Parnax Lab's board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting standalone revenue of 2.56 Cr and a profit of 0.85 Cr.

Consolidated revenue stood at 56.80 Cr with a profit of 0.43 Cr.

The company has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 29. Following input from the Audit Committee, the board granted in-principle approval for the appointment of M/s. Ladha Singhal & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s. C N Patel & Co., subject to shareholder approval and for a term until 2031.
